CARIAD transforms its office spaces from traditional structures to flexible New Work enviroments. It aims for an activity based working concept that puts user centricity in the middle. This effectively caters to different styles of working.
The concept _spheres ® provides dedicated areas for different working scenarios – multiple zones that encapsulate the entirety of work requirements, in combination or by itself. Our Designs align with the principles of a modern corporate design and bring people together to foster collaboration.
From individual work to collaboration, the role of office design evolves for a remotely operating company. It’s now more about meeting and working together than simply sharing a desk.The outcome helps to incorporate the agile and well established team culture.
Creating new agile work environments
Individual offices and closed rooms are giving way to teamareas and the flex desk approach allows spaces to offer diverse and varied opportunities to work.
